Writing for wellness & positive change.

Creative Writing for Therapeutic purposes harnesses the power of writing to promote emotional wellbeing, personal development, and healing. Whether you’re facing challenges, seeking self-reflection, or simply craving a creative outlet, CWTP offers a nurturing environment to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences through the written word. Discover how writing can be an effective tool for personal transformation and embark on a journey of self-discovery, one word at a time!

She is an experienced writing for wellness facilitator with an MSc in Creative Writing for Therapeutic Purposes. Kerry works with groups and individuals to facilitate a safe space where words flow freely, where stories become vehicles for healing, and where self-expression takes centre stage. That’s the essence of CWTP. It’s more than just putting pen to paper; it’s a journey of self-discovery, growth, and resilience.

There is no ‘good’ or ‘bad’ writing involved in this process. Writing skills do NOT matter. Openness and a willingness to try is all you need.

“The writing workshops were such a powerful experience. They were deep, meaningful, and thought-provoking, and I learnt a lot about both writing and myself.”
