LinkedIn recap: The thing that never gets old is the surprise that people have in themselves. In their capabilities and what's up there in the subconscious waiting to be stirred. Writing for wellness isn’t actually about writing well. It’s about writing what your body and your mind want you to write without the limitations of personal & societal expectations of what makes good writing.

After a day being knocked over by waves, discovering new places and discussing with industry colleagues all the things there is just no time for usually, it got us all to thinking how valuable time away from the office is. We work in a challenging, busy, highly stimulating industry where constantly being ‘switched on’ can become exhausting.

In 1890 they sailed for two weeks to reach the northern shores of Tenerife and the Gran Hotel Taoro. We popped on an Easyjet flight speedy-boarded with our Pret snacks and sat back for an easy four hours. Photos organised, inbox sorted and we landed in Tenerife South airport before a jolly jaunt from the rocky South to the lush green of the North.
